LIC partners with Yes Bank to expand reach through new bancassurance deal
Mumbai: The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has entered into a strategic bancassurance partnership with Yes Bank. This collaboration will enable Yes Bank customers to access LIC’s life insurance products through its branch network and digital platforms, according to a press release on Thursday.

Affordable for all. IFFCO-TOKIO GIC ties up with cooperatives for micro insurance
New Delhi: IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance Company, which is celebrating the silver jubilee of its foundation, on Thursday said it has tied up with a number of cooperatives to distribute micro insurance for package policies. Established in 2000, IFFCO-TOKIO GIC is a 51:49 joint venture between Indian Farmers Fertilizer Co-operative (IFFCO) and Japan-based Tokio Marine Group.

Sebi on Thursday barred financial influencer Avadhut Sathe and his firm Avadhut Sathe Trading Academy Pvt Ltd from the securities market and directed them to disgorge Rs 546 crore of ‘unlawful gain’ earned from the alleged unregistered investment advisory and research analyst business.
